Hi it’s Judy, bringing you tutorial Tuesday.  I’m going to show you a cute and easy way to make ruffled flowers for you cards and scrapbook layouts.  First you will need to punch out 4 patterned paper circles and 1 cardstock circle.  I chose to use a scalloped Nestability die circle, but use whatever you have.

Second you will fold your circle in half and then in half again

Next you will need to glue your petals to the cardstock circle

Now you have a flopping flower that needs a button or a brad

As you see I scrunched up the edges to give the flower a little more dimension.

Now all that is left is adding it to a card…
